Sportsman Will Debut 25 New Series This Week

New Berlin, WI (June 27, 2011) – The Season of the American Sportsman is Here. Starting tonight, Sportsman Channel’s most powerful third quarter lineup in history will begin with over 25 new, original series to debut this week. Additionally, Sportsman’s re-tooled Lock & Load Mondays presented by Daniel Defense premieres tonight with a brand new lineup of shooting programming starting at 8 pm ET. The lineup features new series Tac TV and new seasons Gallery of Gun, Long Range Pursuit and the iconic Guns & Ammo TV. Also, the highly popular Traditions block has a new home and is now Thursday Traditions presented by The Sportsman’s Guide starting at 8 pm ET, featuring yet another night of hunting focused programming.
With the advances in shooting programming, Sportsman added a second block dedicated to guns and ammo with Friday Reload from 4 to 6 pm ET also presented by The Sportsman’s Guide. And waterfowl enthusiasts will applaud the addition of The Landing Zone on Saturday’s from 10 to 12 pm ET presented by Loyal Dog Food. The network’s all HD, Q3 lineup features numerous independent production companies, including big game legend Tom Miranda with his two hit series Territories Wild and Whitetail Country and Mr. Whitetail, Larry Weishuhn, with a brand new series, A Hunter’s Life. Sportsman Channel is bringing American Heroes to the forefront with retired Green Beret, Greg Stube, with his new series Coming Home with Greg Stube.
