Reel Shot TV Debuts on Sportsman Channel with Season Three Premiere

New Berlin, Wis., – Meet the Carters – she’s not a musician and he’s not a sports player, but they are hardcore hunters in Reel Shot TV which makes its third season debut this week on Sportsman Channel, the leader in outdoor TV for the American Sportsman. Reel Shot TV airs Tuesdays at 1:30 pm, Fridays at 6:30 pm and Sundays at 1 pm ET.
Reel Shot TV highlights the lives of Brandon and Jodie Carter, a married couple, whose “addiction” to hunting and fishing leads them to locations all throughout the United States. Cameras capture their year-round process, from shed hunting in the spring, to the start of deer hunting season in the fall, the couple takes on every challenge side-by-side. Viewers will not see an average couple when tuning in, though, but rather a husband and wife whose competitive nature and endless banter sets them apart from all other television couples.
The season premiere kicks off with a two-part episode, which lands the couple in Nebraska as they open up turkey season. With the challenge of filling six tags in just two days, time is not on their side, as they are equipped with a mere bow and their own determination. Then, as deer season begins, the Carter’s travel throughout the United States in search of the biggest buck they can find. The two will travel far distances and have to overcome extreme climate conditions in their pursuit for THE deer of the season. It is no secret that the upcoming season of Reel Shot TV will be filled with excitement, suspense and even some humor.
“Whitetails are our passion. Be it archery or gun season, mature bucks are not safe when we are in town,” said Brandon Carter, Host, Reel Shot TV. “We start hunting sheds in March, planting food plots in April, glassing fields in the summer, and hanging stands throughout the year. And Jodie does a great job proving girls CAN get it done.”
