Video: Kite Surfer Jumps a Pier with Help from Tropical Storm Debby

Few people would think to go out on the water in Florida during a tropical storm. Even fewer would think to use the gale force winds to jump over a full size pier. But in the video embedded below, an unnamed kite surfer does exactly that. The view from the camera is a bit far off, but it allows a viewer to fully appreciate the scale of the jump.
