MINNETONKA, MN (August 17, 2011)-The North American Fishing Club will showcase amateur fishing video stars in its new “So, You Think You Can Fish?” contest.
Entrants will compete for fun and prizes by creating and uploading a brief fishing-related, instructional and entertaining video clip of themselves and registering it at: www.fishingclub.com/contests/video-contest.aspx. NAFC staff judges will select a group of finalist videos, from among which three runners-up and a grand prize winner will be chosen by popular vote on the Club’s website, FishingClub.com.
“This is an open invitation to all fishermen, whether or not they’ve ever created a video before,” says Greg Huff, NAFC Social Media Editor. “It’s a chance for them to be creative, while passing along good fishing information, and possibly winning some great prizes in the process.”
All four winners emerging from the voting process will receive a waterproof HD video camera, a tournament-style fishing jersey, a tackle pack and more. In addition, the grand-prize recipient will get the chance to join FishingClub.com’s web video pro-staff.
