PavementSucks.com started in 2001 and is dedicated to supporting the sport of off-highway driving and general outdoor living.  While focused on 4-wheel drive vehicles of all types, we also cater to users of ATVs, boating enthusiasts as well as camping and outdoor lifestyles.

We are here to help you get the most out of your 4x4, ATV and watercraft. Share stories, get help,  support other OHV enthusiasts, stay up-to-date with land use issues around the U.S. and have fun.

PavementSucks offers many features for users such as interactive forums covering technical repairs, modifications, DIY work and product reviews/suggestions. We offer photo and video albums with personal galleries and reader's rides for registered members, technical articles with step-by-step instructions and much more.

Originally started back in 1997 as a personal web space on AOL where I shared info about my new Dodge Ram 1500 4x4, the content and following for the 2nd generation Rams grew so much that I had to move to a full domain and server. Finally PavementSucks expanded to cover all makes and models of 4x4's and now we support all forms of OHV and outdoor activities.
