World Fishing Network Launches on Xfinity TV in Five States

WFN: World Fishing Network, North America’s only 24-hour fishing lifestyle network, announced today that it is being made available to Comcast’s Xfinity TV customers in its Heartland Region, which includes Indiana, Arkansas, Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky as part of Comcast’s Sports Entertainment Package.

WFN is now available on the following channel numbers to Xfinity TV customers in the markets: Indianapolis #282 & #544; Fort Wayne #282, South Bend #743, Little Rock #743; Louisville #743;  Michigan (Detroit, Grand Rapids, Lansing) #743 and Toledo #743. WFN provides a daily escape for North America’s 44 million recreational and sport fishing enthusiasts with an entertaining and comprehensive programming line-up.   WFN offers a wide range of programming that includes travel, lifestyle, sportfishing, tournament coverage, instructional and more. From Monday-Saturday, WFN theme nights present a two-hour block of themed programming dedicated to all aspects of the pastime, airing nightly, 8:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m. ET. The six “WFN Theme Nights” are: Big Bass Monday; Fly Fishing Tuesday; Offshore Wednesday; Inshore Thursday; Freshwater Friday; and World Fishing Saturday.
