Carl Zeiss Sports Optics proudly announces their exclusive optics sponsorship of legendary hunter Craig Boddington’s new series on Sportsman Channel. The Boddington Experience begins airing in July and will take viewers to destinations close to home and around the globe. With decades of hunting experience on all six continents, Craig offers in-depth knowledge and takes viewers with him to favorite destinations as well as new realms, sharing his experience and lessons learned along the way. Craig will be the hunter on some episodes and is joined on others by his wife, Donna, and his two daughters, Caroline and Brittany, as he shares his outdoor world with them as well as with his audience.
“Craig Boddington’s vast hunting experience throughout the world has made him one of the most widely followed voices in our industry,” said Mike Jensen, President of Carl Zeiss Sports Optics. “He hunts in some of the most extreme places on earth and the ruggedness, quality and precision of ZEISS optics are a perfect fit. Craig is a longtime friend of Zeiss. We are proud to sponsor him and a show of this quality that embraces not only hunts in exotic lands but also close-to-home hunting and shooting experiences with family.”
“I’ve been both a fan and a user of Zeiss optics for many years,” said Boddington. “We are really proud to be able to use their high-performance riflescopes, binoculars, rangefinders, and spotting scopes on our show and I can assure you, using the finest optics makes the most difficult hunts a whole lot easier!”
The Boddington Experience airs Fridays at 12:30 pm EST, Saturdays at 9:00 pm EST and Sundays at 12:00 am EST. Episodes include a variety of hunting experiences such as Kansas whitetail (a do-it-yourself on Craig’s farm); Alberta Mule Deer; a driven hunt in Germany which includes a tour of the ZEISS factory; mouflon/Dalmatian sheep in Croatia; plains game and buffalo in Mozambique; Beceite ibex in Spain; blackbuck, hog deer, Blanford Urial sheep and Indian gazelle in Pakistan; and elk in Colorado among other adventures.
