Phil Dolci Named President and CEO of Crosman Corporation

Crosman Corporation, an international designer, manufacturer, and marketer of a wide range of products for the shooting sports, today announced that Phil Dolci has been named President and Chief Executive Officer.
“Joining the Crosman team on the eve of its 90th year is especially exciting,” said Dolci. “I’m thankful for the opportunity, and eager to guide this organization of dedicated and talented people. Together we will continue the journey of process improvement, continued expansion into new markets, and significant long-term growth,” he said.
“Dolci has distinguished himself as an exceptional leader with over 20 years of diverse and progressive management experience,” says Carles. Most recently he was CEO of the Jarden Corporation Leisure and Entertainment Group and president of U.S. Playing Card Company, a division of Jarden Corporation. He served as vice president with Sanford, L.P., a division of Newell Rubbermaid, where he contributed to the growth of such brands as Sharpie and Expo. Prior to that, Dolci spent 14 years in the food industry at ConAgra Foods, Inc., Dean Foods and Kraft Foods, Inc.
Dolci is an MBA graduate of the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago in economics.
