Heartland Bowhunter Trent Siegle believes in letting bucks grow to full maturity, and here is an excellent example.
Trent set out on this hunt with his eyes on one buck, and one buck only . . . a mature Kansas whitetail he nicknamed “Mufasa.”
Trent was hunting a scrape line after a good cold front moved in, which got Mufasa up and moving, and allowed Trent to take this 224-inch Kansas giant. Heartland Bowhunters really know how to get the job done!
