Video: Can You Count How Many Polar Bears are Feeding on this Whale Carcass?

In this crazy video, we counted 14 polar bears all feasting on the remains of a whale at once, and there might be more! The video was posted on The Alaska Life Facebook page, where it says the video was captured on Alaska’s North Slope.

The question we’re asking is, why are people observing this feeding frenzy from outside their cars?

You can see in the rearview mirror of the person who’s filming, that there are at least two people standing around just watching these bears eat, and we think that’s awfully brave (or stupid) of them. Fortunately though, the bears seem far too preoccupied by the massive serving of whale they’re currently being treated to, and don’t pay any attention to the people standing nearby.
