Video: Special Forces Test New ‘Boba Fett’ Ballistic Helmets

Special Air Service (SAS) soldiers are testing out a new look in the war against terror, and if you’re familiar with stellar galactic warfare, you might recognize them.

That’s right, this high-tech gear might look like something straight out of a “Star Wars” film, and that’s because it basically is . . .

Nicknamed the “Boba Fett helmet,” – although we think of General Grievous – after the hit movie’s infamous bounty hunter, this thing is packed full of advanced technology that allows troops to hunt down enemies regardless of any circumstances.

Devtac, the creators of this next level ballistic helmet, claims the Ronin Kevlar Level IIIA Tactical Ballistic Helmet is “literally bullet proof.”

The New York Post states that the helmet can protect the heads of soldiers from a .44 Magnum.
