I’ve always had a great respect for wild animals and the harsh existence they live day in and day out, but the things I’ve seen elk endure blows me away every single time. Like this bull, for example, who somehow survived with a large piece of antler embedded in his skull.

You see videos all the time of hunters recovering elk with badly infected battle wounds on their bodies from fighting with other bulls, but wait until you see where this hunter discovered a chunk of antler hiding in his bull. . .
