PICS: 5 Impressive Booth Displays From SHOT Show 2019
OutdoorHub Reporters 02.01.19
Each year at SHOT Show, outdoor brands get more and more creative in an effort to stand out from hundreds of other booths and create a tangible buzz. It’s all in good fun, but competitive nonetheless. A lot of times, brands will even take this opportunity to launch a new product right there on the show floor. This often attracts the largest crowds, creating the biggest buzz and in-turn, setting the brand up for a big year.
We did our best to scour the entire show this year and these were the top booths that caught our eyes, not necessarily for being more impressive than others, but because something (or someone) grabbed our attention.
FN/Black Rifle Coffee Company
The FN/BRCC booth has quickly become one of my all time favorite booths to visit while at SHOT Show – especially when I need a little caffeine pick-me-up in the middle of the day. I mean, who doesn’t enjoy endless samples of coffee while checking out some of FN’s newest SBRs? That my friends is what I call bliss.
Under Armour
The Under Armour team brought several cool new products to the show this year, but when Cam Hanes flew into town for the launch of his first signature hunting boot – the CH1 GTX – the buzz around the UA booth was truly palpable. (More on the CH1 GTX coming soon..)
Vortex
Because they have so many facets of the optics game covered, and due to the enormous range of products they offer, the Vortex booth was one of the larger booths on display at SHOT.
Daniel Defense
In my opinion, Daniel Defense had the most unique/interactive setup at SHOT Show this year. Visitors were given the opportunity to handle and sit behind the new Delta 5 bolt-action rifle, all while sitting in a life-like shooting bay and scoping true-to-size targets “in the distance.” Good stuff Daniel Defense!
5.11 Tactical
I know I’ve said something along the same lines before, but going to SHOT Show without seeing the 5.11 booth just feels wrong! We stopped by their booth to checkout what was in store for 2019, and did not leave disappointed. A sales rep from 5.11 told us the company is making a big push for more ‘versatility’ and it really shows in all of their latest product offerings – from new training/lifestyle clothing options, to their module-style bags and packs that can easily transition from a gym bag to a tactical range pack.
Because SHOT Show is not open to the general public, we try to cover as much of the show as possible so you can follow along and see what all the brands bring to Las Vegas each year. In the end, we hope to give you a good idea of everything that’s going on throughout the week so daydreaming about being there yourself is virtually seamless.
