Think about the times you’ve had to sit and watch a buck wander out of sight because he never came to within shooting distance. That kind of let-down can stay with you season after season, even keeping you up late at night wondering “what could have been..”
On the complete opposite end of the spectrum, this hunter finds out there actually is such a thing as “too close” during an elk hunt in which a cow’s nose seemingly fails her. Watch what happens in the video below:

“Probably one of the coolest things I’ve ever experienced!! Me and my long time hunting buddy Hill Guides & Outfitters sat here for 15 minutes watching this group of elk do what they do.
