Lake St. Clair Boat Assault Caught on Cell Phone Video

A terrifying video surfaced recently showing a couple on Michigan’s Lake St. Clair being attacked by a crazed man in a small, red, aluminum speed boat.
According to WXYZ, Macomb County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Timothy Kennedy, 39, after he was filmed ramming the couple’s boat for no apparent reason.
Following the frightening development, the couple on the larger boat said they don’t know who the man is, or what caused him to explode like he did. They said they were just on their way back to the dock when they noticed him following them.
The couple does not want they’re identity revealed at this time.
Kennedy was arraigned Monday on charges of operating while intoxicated and malicious destruction of property. He was handed a $5,000 bond and is awaiting his upcoming court date. It’s probably safe to say his boating days are over after this.
Thankfully, no one was injured during this Lake St. Clair Boat assault, but the couple’s boat will need some extensive repairs done.
