Nicolas Lenze 06.01.22
Have you ever tried to fillet a fresh-caught fish with a field knife? If so, I don’t have to tell you how much easier it is to carve up your catch with a proper fillet knife. The long, thin, sharp and flexible blade seems to glide right through the fish and over the bones, setting you up for quite a meal. If you’re in the market for a new fillet knife, Gerber has you covered. Just released, these are both the 7″ and 9″ versions of the new Gerber Ceviche fillet knife.

Slice and Dice: The NEW Gerber Ceviche Fillet Knife
The Gerber Ceviche fillet knife is available in two different lengths. One has a 7.14″ blade, while the other has a 9.18″ blade. The 5Cr stainless steel blades are coated in Salt Rx to increase corrosion resistance. The grips are textured to prevent your wet hands from slipping. Included with the knives is a vented sheath to keep your sharp edge sharp. The grip ends in a lanyard hole so you can connect the knife to yourself so it isn’t lost if dropped.
