Warm Springs Productions received recognition this past week as one of the top producers of outdoor television, winning three of Outdoor Channel’s Golden Moose Awards, including the “Best Overall Series” for Benelli Presents Duck Commander. The awards ceremonies took place in Las Vegas during the annual Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show.
“We’re thrilled to see the overwhelming positive response we’ve received from viewers on our shows,” said Marc Pierce, CEO of Warm Springs Productions. “It’s been a tremendous experience getting to work with the Robertson Family and developing a very close knit friendship with them. I believe our enjoyment in building that relationship really comes through in the final product.”
Benelli Presents Duck Commander is a 10-episode reality-field-sport hybrid about the Louisiana-based Robertson family. The company also won awards for “Best Graphics” and “Best Sound Design” for Buck Commander Protected by Under Armour, a reality series based on the exploits of the Buckmen, a group of whitetail hunting fanatics led by Willie Robertson, of Duck Commander fame, & composed of MLB players Chipper Jones, Ryan Langerhans, Adam LaRoche, & Tom Martin. Warm Springs Productions was nominated for eleven Golden Moose Awards total.
“These awards are truly a recognition of the hard work of our staff,” added Chris Richardson, President of Warm Springs Productions. “Whether it’s in the field or at the editing desk, I’m grateful for their efforts.”
The crew at Warm Springs Productions has more than 30 years of combined experience hosting, filming and producing hunting, fishing and outdoor adventure television. And since its founding in 2008, the company has experienced meteoric growth and currently produces series for Outdoor Channel, Sportsman Channel, Travel Channel, History, and Discovery Science.
