This weekend marks the opening of pheasant season in Kansas. Kansas Governor Sam Brownback visits The Revolution to talk about the 1st Annual Kansas Governor’s Ringneck Classic. Established to showcase Kansas’ wildlife industry to sportsmen, the Governor will host a weekend of hunts, dinners and entertainment. Governor Brownback will talk with Jim & Trav about the upcoming event.

Mike Fifer is CEO of Sturm, Ruger & Co. Inc. Ruger is known for producing “rugged, reliable firearms” and now for every one of those firearms sold they are donating $1 to the NRA with the ultimate goal of giving $1 million dollars to the NRA. Mike Fifer talks with Jim and Trav about the 1 Million Gun Challenge this week.
