Bear & Son Adds Three New 7” Skinners to Meet the Needs of Serious Hunters

Bear & Son Cutlery has expanded their line of quality knives for hunters with three new 7” Skinners. All three feature a 2-7/8-inch hollow-ground drop-point blade.

The blades are made of high carbon 440 rust-resistant steel, heat treated to an ideal Rockwell hardness of 56-58 for ductility and edge-retention. Handles have nickel silver bolsters. All three weigh 4.1 ounces and come with a genuine leather sheath.

These 48 Pattern Skinners offer three choices of materials for the handles, contoured for a comfortable, sure grip. Model G48OR has a textured orange G-10 handle and has a retail price of $80.99. Model 248CW, with a Camowood handle, is priced at $53.99. And the Model 548, with a Genuine India Stag BoneTM handle, sells for $80.99.

Like all Bear & Son knives, these high-quality Skinners, including components, all are proudly made in their Jacksonville, Alabama manufacturing plant and are backed by their Lifetime Warranty.
