Crimson Trace Releases Laserguard for Glock 42
OutdoorHub 05.14.14
Crimson Trace, the recognized industry leader in laser sighting systems and tactical lighting for firearms, announces the release of the first-in-the-industry laser sighting system—the Laserguard (LG-443) for Glock’s new model 42 pistol. That small Glock handgun is a .380 caliber pistol designed specifically for pocket carry and self-defense concealment. It is also noted as being designed to fit the hands of most women and shooters with smaller hands. To retain those characteristics, the Crimson Trace Laserguard LG-443 will add little to the pistol’s overall size or weight.
“The new Crimson Trace LG-443 Laserguard is a must have for Glock’s popular new model 42 pistol, and further expands our strong focus on the concealed carry consumer” said John Hoppes, Crimson Trace Product Manager.
The Laserguard LG-443 has a powerful red diode and is powered by a 1/3N battery. This laser sighting system is activated with Crimson Trace’s patented Instinctive Activation®. It fits securely onto the firearm’s existing trigger guard without requiring any gunsmithing or pin removal and can be easily user-adjusted for windage and elevation. This laser sight has a Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price of $229.
Custom outside-the-waistband (OWB) and inside-the-waistband (IWB) holsters will be available from top manufacturers, including Blade-Tech and Crossbreed.”
