Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World radio welcomes special guest Craig Morgan, country music star, award-winning TV show host and honorary chairman for National Hunting and Fishing Day. The show will air Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014, at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time on RURAL RADIO’s SiriusXM channel 80.
Morgan, whose resume also includes stints as a soldier, sheriff’s deputy, EMT, Outdoor Channel TV show host, motocross racer, farmer, hunter, fisherman and family man, will talk about his life and his music, including his latest album, “The Journey.” He’ll also discuss his role as the 2014 honorary chairman for National Hunting and Fishing Day, and why it’s important to recognize America’s first and most dedicated conservationists: hunter and anglers.
Also joining the show is Brian Martin, the Northern Montana Prairies Director for The Nature Conservancy. Martin will discuss how The Nature Conservancy is working to protect Montana’s grasslands and the wildlife species that depend on this northern plains habitat.
